<p><span style="color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Summit Aviation will be responsible for procuring material and tooling, preparing manufacturing planning and quality documentations as well as performing the final assembly. The Faraday Cage is a subassembly that is installed on the U.S. Navy’s MQ-8C Fire Scout unmanned helicopter.  </span></span></p>

<p><strong>MIDDLETOWN, Del., June 7, 2012 </strong>– Summit Aviation, a Greenwich AeroGroup company, announced today it has received AS9100C (AS9100:2009) Aerospace Quality Standard System Certification for its Middletown, Del., and Somerset, Ky., facilities.</p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial;">“This certification demonstrates our commitment to meet or exceed the increasingly stringent industry requirements as a world-class supplier,” said President of Summit Aviation Robert Fitzpatrick.  “This certification standardizes our quality processes across many of our programs to ensure continued process and service safety, reliability and quality.”</span></p>
<p>AS9100 addresses the diversity and complexity of the industry’s supply chain and takes into consideration the complete life cycle of aerospace products.  Summit’s Delaware facility has been certified to the AS9100B standard since 2007, and the Kentucky facility received initial certification in 2010.</p>
<p>Fitzpatrick added that the increased requirements of AS9100C will benefit all of Summit Aviation’s customers as Summit continues its focus in the areas of risk management, project planning, and formal evaluation of process effectiveness.</p>

<p><strong>Middletown, Del., Feb.11, 2012 -</strong> Summit Aviation, a Greenwich AeroGroup Company, announced today they have signed a long term agreement with Sikorsky Global Helicopters to manufacture, assemble and test transmissions for new production Schweizer 300 C<sup>TM</sup> aircraft and aftermarket support.</p>
<p>“We have had a long standing relationship with Sikorsky,” said President of Summit Aviation Bob Fitzpatrick. “For the last five years our facility has built major aero structure<br />
sub-assemblies for the Schweizer 333<sup>TM </sup>for them in our Somerset, Ky. location, and now we are elated to be able work with them on this exciting new project.”</p>
<p>Fitzpatrick added that Summit was selected by Sikorsky based on their technical knowledge of the product and competitive cost.  He also stated that Summit is a Part 145 Bell Helicopter approved transmission overhaul center.</p>
<p>The agreement is valued at approximately $5 million and work will be completed at Summit Aviation’s Middletown, Del., facility.</p>

<p><span style="font-family: Arial;">“Turbomeca seeks to provide its customers with an optimal level of support,” said President of Summit Aviation Robert Fitzpatrick.  “We are delighted to now be among the choices of Turbomeca Engine service providers.”</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial;">Summit Aviation is FAR part 145 certified and authorized to perform both Level 1 and Level 2 maintenance on the Arriel series of engines, additionally providing Turbomeca customers with Fixed Base Operator and field on wing support.</span></p>
