Summit KY will benefit from this expertise to provide labor resources to assemble detailed aircraft parts received from SAC into larger subassemblies, typically those that require a large number of man hours to complete. Summit KY and SAC are also contemplating other services to be provided in Kentucky to supplement both SAC and Sikorsky Aircraft manufacturing needs. SAC will be the primary customer, although Summit will have the ability to expand the operation to other customers as the business grows. |

The keys to success of the Summit KY operation will be the consistent flow of detailed parts to Kentucky, highly efficient manpower scheduling and productivity at Kentucky, and a very high level of coordination between the two companies of all operations to assure the quality of the products and the efficiency of the whole product cycle thru the Kentucky operations. The legal relationship between Summit and SAC will be that of a commercial subcontractor with only product quality processes and procedures flowed from SAC to Summit. |

SAC will make annual guarantees of minimum man hours and hourly rates for products completed at Summit KY. SAC will provide all the technical data needed and station a SAC quality employee at Kentucky for technical assistance and acceptance of each completed product. Summit will assure sufficient manpower and facilities to efficiently complete each product. |
